Learning Jin Shin Jyutsu engages one in self study. Plato said that "learning is remembering". We are all born with a profound delicate power within to enjoy our potential to the fullest extent. When we "know ourselves" we experience joy, vibrant health, prosperity, peace, serenity, security and a sense of well-being and oneness with all life. Daily Jin Shin Jyutsu applications renew and rejuvenate the body/mind, alleviate stress, and enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself.

The class includes:

  • A history of Jin Shin Jyutsu
  • The location of the 26 safety energy locks (similar to acupressure points) and how to use them
  • A complete self-help pattern for reducing daily tension and stress, practiced on yourself and fellow students during class
  • Applications of Jin Shin Jyutsu for specific ailments, such as backaches, neck and shoulder tension, headache, fatigue, appetite balance, skin disorders, breathing problems, digestive stresses, and much more
